Linda and her husband even drove to our apartment in order for us to fill out paperwork to get the process of searching for our home started. They came to our apartment a second time to drive us to view potential homes in several towns around Austin (50mi. radius). Never had that happen before.She allowed my wife and I to be in control of our search for our forever home. We never felt pressured to make any decisions. When we were ready, she was there. My husband and I were relocating to the Austin area for a job. A friend, coworker had recommended Linda to us. First she helped us find a rental that we could park all our RV's on the property and that would work for our four legged aging kid / dog. We had talked to a couple of other agents before talking to Linda. The Difference with Linda is Linda Listens, to what you need, want and price point. Linda was extremely proactive in sorting thru searches on MLS and screening homes we would find. All this while we were in California still. We flew to Austin and for 2 days Linda took us to all the homes we wanted to see. And we did find on and signed a lease before we headed back to California to pack. n n6 months later when we realized that the housing cost in the Austin area were continuing to increase. Linda Osborn is the reason I was able to buy a little gem of a condo in Austin. She quickly understood my needs and provided several options in quiet neighborhoods. Living out of state, her assistance was invaluable because of builder and zoning delays. She kept track of the building progress. I can say without question that Linda is the hardest working Realtor in Austin. I was in a jam. Divorce. I have a 85lb dog that needed a big yard. My credit wasn't clean. My salary put severe restrictions on what I could afford. I was lined up to close on the sale of my home in less than a week and had 2 weeks to be fully moved out. I was unable to apply for a rental until the sale of my home funded. The housing market was at a 97% occupancy rate. n nAfter viewing approx. 10 properties, we found 5 that were acceptable. Each one fell apart- owner changed their mind about the dog requirement, or the property went Pending due to another applicant. Then we did it again, again, the same problem. Knowing my timeline was short, Linda began meeting me at properties early mornings and late evenings. She was calling on multiple properties, working hard to get each of my applications submitted. n nOne finally stuck and I was able to sign my lease and move in on my last day. It was only through the hard work and diligence of Linda that I didn't find myself homeless. She has creative tools to help negotiate someone into a lease.
