When pricing our home sale Gretchen had done a market analysis to determine where we should begin with pricing competitively. After showing our concern that the price seamed a bit high she assured us we would know how it was going pretty quickly and be able to adjust within the first month. We were so excited when others felt it was competitive and sure enough there was interest and an offer just over a week after listing.

Gretchen went above and beyond for my family and me. I live in Alaska. 4,000 miles away. That meant I needed help selling my parents' home in Easton, MD. My parents' had used Gretchen in the past and asked that I use her again when the time came to sell their home. Knowing nothing about her personally, I didn't know what to expect. I also didn't know how well she'd handle the 4 hour time difference when dealing with me.

But I must say, she made the whole process painless for me. Without her, it would have been a nightmare trying to do it from such a long distance and several time zones away. With her everything happened smoothly. She handled every issue that arose expeditiously, professionally, and without error. Coming from an engineer such as myself, that's high praise!
