We met Brian when we were looking at a house for sale in Chapel Hill, NC. We ended up changing our search for a new home to a different area of NC, but we were so impressed with Brian that we asked him to become our selling agent, and we couldn't be happier with that decision. He is professional, knowledgeable, and collaborative. We have lived in numerous states, and purchased/sold numerous homes, but all states are different. NC in particular has some significant real estate quirks. He helped us with timing advice, listing price, staging, negotiation, and explained the differences in the NC selling process. Long story short, we listed our house and had an over asking price offer within one day of it going on the market. We sold it so fast, we actually felt some pressure to find our next home (a good kind of pressure though knowing we didn't need a bridge loan). Throughout the closing process, Brian remained engaged and talked us down from the ledge more than once during the negotiation process following the inspection. He is a consummate professional, and someone we now consider as a friend as well.

Brian advertises a Ritz Carlton level of service and he delivers. From the first phone call to the final signature, he was there for us all the way. I accepted an out of state job offer and I told Brian that I was hiring him to sell my condo. He immediately got to work. What I liked best about his approach was that he was business-like. I got a weekly update each Monday with feedback and professional recommendations. When offers came in, I trusted Brian's advice and in the end, we got a full price offer. And, he delivered that Ritz Carlton level of service. My movers did not show up as scheduled and I had to return to Florida. I was in a panic, but his amazing assistant stepped in the next day to supervise the move. His handyman took care of minor repairs and he recommended cleaners to get the place ready for the new owners. I have to say, Brian and his team did not disappoint. If anything, they exceeded my expectations. My advice, hire this guy. You won't regret it.
