Wow, where do I even begin. Donna Gregorich is one of the most treasured gems, a person can find on their journey for their forever home. I was a first-time homebuyer and didnt know much about the process. Donna was there for me every step of the way. Her knowledge is extremely vast and superior. There were no questions she couldnt answer. Trust me when I say, I asked a ton of questions. She was the most polite, pleasant, upbeat, encouraging woman, I had ever worked with. God literally blessed me, the day she became my realtor. Donna is honest and trustworthy. She isnt in it just to make money. She is passionate about her career and her clients. Donna is simply amazing. I could not have done this without her. When my stress and anxiety kicked in, Donna was there to help put me at ease. She has even helped me after the sale of my home. I moved from Maryland to Kentucky. Which was hard because I didnt know anyone. Donna has been able to help me find many companies and workers for the various things I needed to have done in my home. I seriously would have been lost without her. I now consider her my first dear friend in Kentucky. Donna, bent over backward to explain things and was patient; in some cases she had to repeat things using different phrasing so an old man could better understand. There have been others in the past, from a different brokerage, who lost patience and interest in our needs and desires. Donna fulfilled every issue that came up in our understanding with grace and much patience. Never once did she fail to return a call, or help with issues from buyer's agents or inspectors.
