My husband and I wanted to begin our process 2 years ago, so the hunt for a realtor began. We came in contact with many other realtors but we didnt feel a connection. She made sure things were handled correctly so that we didnt get screwed, went through the home with us several times so that we didnt miss anything. She gave recommendations on what we will need done in the home, her husband even helped as well. We were able to purchase our dream home and did it stress free thanks to Dee and all of her help. WOW! What a job Dee Keating just did for us. She is a real estate rock star!! We bought our home sight unseen all the way from California after finding Dee on-line because of her great reviews from clients. Among so many other things, Dee flew in a Cessna twice to an Island we knew nothing about to preview our prospective home and then face-timed a two-hour tour of the entire house and property so we could see every little corner and crevice. Then, during the buying process, Dee herself caught a big discrepancy in the propertys easement access that had the potential to become a disaster for us after the fact. However, with Dees help we were able to rectify the entire matter prior to purchase, and all at the other guys expense. Throughout, Dee watched every detail of our transaction like a hawk, catching every little discrepancy, and keeping us regularly posted on everything during our four month process.
