Johnathan recently helped us purchase our new construction home. When we initially signed our contract, he helped get us a $2,000 credit from the builder for design upgrades. Throughout the construction process, he would visit the property periodically to check on any items of concern and sent us updated pictures to share with family and friends. Jonathan is a master of his field. As a first time home buyer, you need a highly competent realtor who listens and can guide you through a potential mine-field which may be your home buying process.
