It was an absolute pleasure to have worked with Mary on the selling of our house during our relocation. She was quick to respond and schedule our consultation and came with a fabulous little portfolio of sorts containing all here info for our BMA. Mary was great to work with and was able to get us 75k over asking (from 525k to 600k) at a time when most houses were selling at or below list price. It all started with the consultation, when Mary came prepared with a well-researched price estimate. Once we started the selling process, Mary set us up with a staging consultant that helped us make the space look its best for the photographer. She even lent us a bunch of stand lights to improve the lighting in the house for the photos and showings. After we accepted an offer, it was also smooth sailing, Mary took care of everything, and took away much of the stress. We had no issues at closing and everything went exactly as planned. We recently sold my elderly mothers house. Our childhood home. This was an old home being sold as is. She gave excellent advice on how to list and how to proceed resulting in offers within hours and days and in the end resulted in a closing within weeks at a price we never would have expected.
