I cannot speak highly enough about Anne and all she has done for our house buying experience. I decided to attempt and vet out several realtors and get the ball rolling for purchasing a house, and Anne was one of the profiles I came across. I shot her an email at 6:30PM on a Saturday night, and she called me within 5 minutes. We knew pretty quickly how dedicated to her work she was from there.
She gave us the "motherly insight" that we so desperately needed being two first time home buyers in our 30's. She did not sugar coat, she did not push us, and if we looked at a house that wasn't "it" she would voice just that. We needed that in this competitive market, to ensure we wouldn't make a terrible decision that we'd regret for years to come.
We just closed on our first house last week, and it's all thanks to Anne. I recommend her to anyone looking. She is so plugged into the area, has so many resources, is responsive and most of all cares about your decisions. We're lucky to have found Anne (and Sean!)
