We were referred to Joe Vitale by a close family member who had worked with him as the seller's agent for the home they purchased.
We worked with Joe to sell our first house, so everything was new to us. We met with him in the fall to walk through our house and offer suggestions for fixes and staging ideas. We werent sure if we were going to sell the upcoming spring or wait a year but he was more than happy to consult with us.
At every stage of the process Joe was calm, full of good humor, and responsive. He even came over one night after work to help us move furniture around to stage. He also took care of every detail while we were out of town at the beginning and end stages of our house being on the market.

Joe knows the greater Lansing area, street to street. Whatever your criteria is, he'll waste no time finding you prospective homes that fit your search. He's straight to the point in every aspect of home buying/selling, including from paperwork, finding interested buyers, getting inspections and contractors scheduled (if needed), etc.
He provided great insight on quick home improvements to help it sell easier. A fresh coat of paint on the porch really upped the curb appeal.
I recommend Joe to anyone I talk to that's interested in buying/selling a home. A lot of people I talk to will mention issues they have with their current real estate agent, such as not being shown houses within their criteria, poor/too much communication, being rushed during walkthroughs, and constantly being bombarded with pressure to make a purchase. These are all issues that you will NEVER have with Joe. At the end of the day, he wants what you want, and he wants you to be happy with your decision.
