Cathy Alexander has far exceeded what I would expect from a realtor. She was always on time and prepared with listings to take me to see. As I saw them I would tell Cathy what I liked and didn't like about the houses. The next day when she came by with more listings that had all the features that I liked, I would tell her of the things that I didn't like about them and after a few more days she told me that to get everything I wanted that I would have to go up on my top price, and I agreed and after a few more days, she took me to the house I had always wanted. There was another bid on the house and she suggested that I write a letter to the seller and to up my bid, I did. After the lady read my letter and saw the amount we offered her Cathy told me that "I got the house!" Cathy knew just what it would take and I will always be grateful. Cathy Alexander has not stopped working for me after our closing. She has found people to help with all the things that needed to be attended to and fixed. When I call Cathy and say I need a yard man she gives me the name and phone number for one, the same for a carpet cleaning company, etc. If I have problems with the light company, water utilities or anyone, she takes care of it for me. I have never had anyone be so helpful to me in my 83 years. I could go on and on about Cathy because she is still helping me even though it has been two weeks since we closed and her job should have been over. She is a true friend. I would recommend her to anyone. Even me since I will be having her sell my other property when I finish moving.

Cathy was extremely helpful from the onset. She met us at the house to survey its location and condition. After our first meeting, she drove around the neighborhood, checked her sources and provided us a CMA, showing the recent sales of similar homes within a 3 mile radius. She had a suggested asking price based on these sales and square footages. Cathy was attentive to our questions and was a great source for finding cleaning help, estate sale liquidators and yard maintenance. She stood by us from start through closing.
