Sean was absolutely amazing and a joy to work with. He is an incredibly proactive communicator, even when there is no news he reaches out to let you know what we are waiting on and gives clear expectations on time frames. When it comes to construction work, Sean was on top of the job and made sure all improvements and repairs were completed on time. Any delay in the process was not on Sean's end and we appreciated that greatly. All-in-all I can't stop recommending Sean to friends and family, his contractor work was reasonably priced and fast, while is realtor work was accurate and timely. 5-Stars indeed! 2016
As new home buyers to Pensacola, my wife and I relied heavily upon the expertise of local talent. We met Sean through friends and came highly recommended. We were looking for an older home that we could put some effort in and get a return in the long run. The difference with Sean is his knowledge of construction practices and means of getting what you desire. We could ask him questions regarding changes and renovations and he could give advice on the spot, or find someone who knew the answers. One of the largest selling points was not being pushy. We never felt once that he was trying to sell us on a house he wanted to sell. He was readily available around the clock to answer our million questions.
