The way I met Jen Bradshaw was I saw a sign in a yard of a place for rent and I called her and she met me at the place for rent the same day and she was extremely personable, professional, and had a determination to make sure I found what I was looking for. I told her exactly what I was looking for and that my husband and I are looking to buy our first home and that I had been looking on my own for at least 2 years and I couldn't find anything I liked. I'm picky! She told me that she would do some research for me that night and find some places for me that meet what I'm looking for and to my surprise, she emailed me the next day with a bunch of listings and I ended up buying one of the listings! It is absolutely perfect for my family. It exceeded all of my expectations and my family and I couldn't be more happy. After looking for a place to buy for 2 years on my own, I was shocked that Jen Bradshaw found us the perfect first home overnight! We couldn't be more satisfied with her hard work ethic, determination, and how personable she is. She made the process of buying our first home easy, and smooth. We will recommend her to anyone we know that is looking to buy or rent. She is the best of the best!
Jen Bradshaw was able to explain the buying process to me in a way that I could understand and she made me feel comfortable asking questions. She is also available for you when you need her. She is not hard to get ahold of and she always calls you when she says she will. She is reliable.
She met all qualities beyond our expectations which is extremely important for a first time home buyer.
