We met Katie from a call on a property she was listing. She was quick to return my call and set up an appointment to see the property. my wife and I immediately liked her friendly, professional and confident personality. She showed us a few more houses and we found one we liked. We put in an offer, they countered and we got cold feet. I felt horrible for backing out and wasting everyone's time.
