As soon as we selected Kyle could be our agent in purchasing a home he got started right away. We received a list of perspective homes in the area from Stephanie based off the requirements we gave Kyle. He showed us multiple houses and then got our offer in quick when we selected a home. There were challenges along the way with the person selling their house and getting repairs that were required after the inspection done. Kyle nature that everything was done to our satisfaction and really held the other realtor and the previous owner accountable for what they promised in the agreement. He made several trips to the home when it was being repaired to make sure the projects were completed on time and the house was delivered to us in a satisfactory condition.
