Matt has helped us in the process of both buying a house and most recently buying raw land. His professionalism is top notch and motivation to do what's best for us is what sets him apart. I was sold on one particular lot and while Matt could have easily said "sure lets put in an offer!" Instead, he actually spent time to talk it out; both the pros and cons of the lot and offered valid points that showed that maybe it wasn't really the best option based on the "needs" that we had given him.
