She did a full investigation of the property first and, in addition to providing us well picked recent market comps, she also provided thorough suggestions for home improvements to help the sale: all prior to telling us anything about herself OR us choosing to work with her. That spoke loudly for how Michelle operates; biased towards action and getting things done correctly. Michelle was first recommended to us by my current boss when we moved from Cleveland, OH to Salt Lake City, UT.
