I recall the first time I went to the open house and we started the process. I had full intentions of working with another person but knew right away I wanted to make a contract using them. He worked harder for both me and the seller than I ever expected to the point I was literary shocked. This gave me a good feeling in my choice with them. After the contract was signed, they were right there checking on me every day or two and helping me in ways I never imagined. they made the process so much less stressful and helped in so many ways, I would never go with anyone else but them for two reason. one, I want that effort if/when I sell any property!
