Michael's office contacted my family with a cold call. Normally, we wouldn't give this type of call a response but I am glad we did. The call was to "purchase home for cash" and we thought "why not?" since we were about to list our home with Redfin. Michael came out to evaluate and told us we would make more money, if we listed with an MLS. He told me the market value for our home and I didn't believe him. I thought his estimate was too high. To make this story short, it took less than two weeks for Michael to sell our home for exactly the price he quoted. He always answered my questions immediately or as soon as he was available. He was always professional and courteous. We were going to sell with Redfin to have minimal hassle with realtor fees. We ended up with more money in our pockets, even with his extra percentage.
