It was our lucky day when we met Andrea Laborde at an open house during our search for a new home in Lafayette. We lived in Metairie and had been looking on our own on weekends. We nknew what we were buying when we finalized our offer. n nAndrea went over and above what was required of an agent to help us obtain our desired home. There were unforeseen problems with the sale of our old home which delayed our closing in Lafayette. She worked closely with the seller's agent to ensure that we did not nlose the home we wanted. She even met the movers in Lafayette on what was to have been our moving day. Without her quick thinking and knowledge of the storage facilities available we would have had to pay ntwice for the transportation of an entire 13,000 lb. household. n nAndrea's expertise, diplomacy, tenacity under pressure and just plain hard work made our dream home a reality. It would not have happened without her.
