Bob is the most down to earth, genuine, and caring realtor out there. He went above and beyond to make my experience of being a first time home buyer worth while. Not only did he always have a solution to the problems that seemed unsolvable, he made sure to put my needs first in every situation.
The ongoing joke as well is "Bob I know a guy" because he always had a personal reference when something was needed. Whether it's trees, plumbing, electrical, or lock needs, Bob knows a guy who can help.

Bob is hands down one of the best realtors I have ever met. He was my 3rd realtor for the sale of my home, and I wished he was my first. He is highly educated, and not only diligent and incredibly good at what he does, but he has a passion for it. He is everything that you would want in a realtor-professional, communicative, responsive, he knows the market and he knows how to get the deal done quickly and angled in your best interest, while being calm, cool and working well with other agents.
