When it was time for us to put our home on the market, we wanted a smooth, peaceful experience. (We experienced the exact opposite with the purchase of this home). We had been catching glimpses of Lauren Reider (Hallmark) via social media for about a year and decided to reach out. From onset, she was forth coming about what we could expect from the market, and from her (both personally and professionally). She didnt miss a beat with her communication which was most important to us. We had multiple interested buyers and multiple offers on our home, all with different value propositions, we even received above asking price. She explained everything to us, stood in the gap for us, met with people so we didnt have to and made sure we understood everything every step of the way so that we could make the best choice for us.
