My wife and I dropped into Sue's office without an appointment to inquire on a gated property in Safari Waters Ranch Estates. She asked what types of properties we were looking for, gave us an overview of what was available, and then proceeded to take us out to the security-restricted, gated property so we could gain access and review the community. She drove us all around allowing us to take our time. She had no actual listing to show us at the time since we had brought one to her from an online post. We located the property and it happened to be a previous client of hers. She contacted the man and discovered that the property had just been sold. We liked the community and we parted ways hoping that something else might come up for sale. Later the next week we received an email from Sue on three properties in the same community that had just been listed. We travelled back (from Fort Worth, TX) to inspect the properties first-hand. Sue again escorted us into the community and allowed us to roam the properties for well over an hour. We returned to her office and placed a contract on the one we liked best. We learned that a few days later, all three of the properties in question were under contract and we had gotten first choice because of Sue's quick communication and coordination with us (even being out of town).
