Christianne Omalley is the best realtor we have ever known.Aa a 72 year old, believe me, Ive been around! Many realtors lack certain skills that prohibit buyers from feeling confident in this brutal market. Christianne is a skilled professional with the talent to master her craft and stand out in her field.
We lost our home in the wildfire in paradise and couldnt find a home like ours for three years, stuck in a hotel in south Reno as the home prices soared and when we did offer on a home we got outbid twice..very stressful and disappointing.
So we luckily turned to Christianne in January 2022 and asked her to help us learn how to play this game and win.

Our bank closed its truckee branch and in order to get the money properly wired to the title company it was required of me to drive to the nearest branch in Nevada city on a day with a snowstorm in truckee all the way to Nevada city.
I felt lost as we have a small car which would not have made that round trip which would have cost us the ability to buy the home as there were seven other offers.
Do you know what she did?
She DROVE me in her 4wheel drive truck with snow tires thru the snow all the way to Nevada city and back from south Reno, a three hour trip!!
No other realtor would even have
come close to that angelic favor she did for me, a senior citizen, a veteran, and a homeless fire victim with PTSD!!!
Im telling you she is astute, knowledgeable, savvy, and has a heart of gold!
How could I not recommend her?
