I had the pleasure of working with Broc Fleischer in finding a new home for me to live in. After viewing several different places, I had 1 I really loved in the back of my mind. After seeing it with Broc, he worked his best to get me the offer I was willing to pay. After a few counter offers, and then came the news that someone else had put in an offer, Broc worked really hard with me to make sure that my offer couldn't be refused by the seller. Plus I even got a home warranty that was paid for by the seller. I'm not 100% moved in yet, but I'm sure happy to be in my own home again. Broc and I had to work thru some personal issues with the properties, but he worked strongly with me and he knew I was a fighter and a go getter to get done what had to be done. I don't have any regrets at all working with Broc. We all pulled it off together. We had good team work to get done with what had to be done to make a sale of our house sell, as well as getting me into my new home. Thanks Broc. I now feel like I'm home. HOME FOR THE HOLIDAYS. In the beginning, it was a hard decision to make, but, I knew that I had to make a decision about hiring a realtor. I was referred to getting a Redfin Agent, as their commission fees were a lot less than other realtors. We signed our contract with Broc Fleischer, and I won't lie, we did hit a few bumps in the road, not because of him, but because of the other realtor that the buyers were working with. It was more so a nightmare for the buyers who offered us full price on our house. We had some issues along the way, but managed to work thru them with Broc, and he kept after me, that we're not going to lose this buyer. They were locked into a contract. I did a great deal of research online and reached out to some Real Estate lawyers per phone calls and told me what I needed to know to get the deal done. Broc kept at me and worked with me all the way through, and you can't imagine how I felt when he told me we got the buyers back. I was never so relieved to hear such good news from him telling me this. So much whatever could have happened to me, I had to try and work through it with Broc. He was headstrong with me, and we were both on the same page all the way through the end. Everything turned out for the best, and in the end, we even met the buyers, and talked to them like we were old friends. It was a pleasure to meet them and to be able to walk through the whole house with them and tell them everything that we had done to the house. We tried selling our house on our own with little success. I was referred to Broc by a family member. We listed it with him and within 10 days we had a solid offer. Although Broc didnt sell it directly,his professionalism through the whole process was outstanding. I would recommend him again. 2022

Best service around. We looked for about a year trying to find a home. Any time we wanted to view a home broc was right there with a timely response to get us in no matter if it was a weekday or a Sunday. Very friendly and easy going guy. Also knowledgeable in the home buying process. Lots of knowledge with spotting issues or future repairs that might be needed. The process was smooth and any questions along the way were answered. Broc ended up being our realtor by surprise. We originally were working with another realtor who went on vacation. We had requested a realtor through Zillow and two had reached out. We wanted to go with the second realtor. After writing an offer with that realtor, Broc ended up taking us after Randy wrote our offer on the house.
In the end, Broc didnt do much for us. No congratulations text for buying our house. He didnt come to our home inspection, never even met the guy. The final straw was he told us hed be at the closing and ended up missing it. Communication was subpar. Broc made $5,600 in commission off our house for doing close to nothing. I would recommend writing your offer through an attorney, or yourself or any other real estate agent. Was not impressed and definitely will never use Broc again. Brocs assistant is the only one we got to meet, and she was friendly. If we could rate her, shed get more than 1 star. 2021

Let me start by saying I had a different Realtor we looked at one was and she was trying her arrest to sell me on it.. Now that its out the way I looked for a new Realtor immediately and found broc at looking at our first house with broc I knew right away he was gonna be out guy for the job he was knowledgeable he was relaxed and laid back didn't try to just sell us a house for the gains we did many walk threws at many different locations and as of today 5/30/20 we found are perfect home as we are first time home buyers and I would recommend broc to anyone that is looking to buy a home Thanks for all you work and effort put it to make our first experience pleasant 2020
