There are absolutely not enough great things that I can say about our experience with Wes. We originally reached out in late Spring of 22' about the possibility of selling our home to purchase another and Wes was with us throughout the whole process with the best patience because it took us a bit to make some final decisions. The entire Four Oaks team is amazing and made the process of selling our home simple and painless. The concierge level services provided for staging, cleaning, photography, etc. put us in the best position possible to sell our home quickly and with little stress (despite COVID doing its best to derail us all along the way).
We ended up going on contract without ever hitting the market--the amazing work done by Wes and team put us in position to field multiple offers on day 0 to balance against over 50 showings, and we ended up closing well above list. The amazing service has not stopped at the closing table, with Wes assisting us even still with moving/post-move needs (and even provided some advice with our new home despite not being our buyer's agent).
