I feel Nancy Accipiter went above and beyond what was expected of my Realtor. Since I had moved out of state, I relied on Nancy to look after needed repairs to get the property ready to sale, along with getting a deep cleaning of the house done, and removal of unneeded items from the house either by donation or a junk removal service. She also got the full asking price.

Full disclosure: Nancy is family (sister-in-law), but even with that, the above still stands. I truly feel she did way more than what was needed and asked of, and getting the asking price is a testament to that.

I love that Nancy knew how to communicate with us. She would send emails/information to my fianc since he is a reader. However, I don't want to read and I want someone to talk to me instead. She ALWAYS accommodated us and this is so appreciated!

Nancy is a phenomenal Realtor (and friend). She is a true blessing to all of her clients and co-workers!!!
