Brad was awesome to work with even though he wasnt my agent! Brad was the sellers agent for land that we purchased. Our agent went MIA after our offer got accepted. I reached out to Brad for help and he basically took us in as his unofficial clients without compensation. He helped guide us through the closing process and went the extra mile to make sure all documents were complete and ready for the closing attorney. He is extremely responsive and quick to follow up. I would highly recommend him as an agent and it clearly shows how well he does his job that I am writing this review and he wasnt even representing me. Its unfortunate how the commissions are paid but he definitely deserved both the seller and buyer agent commission on our transaction. 2020
Brad worked with me on the house that I ended up buying. He was there every step of the way. I'm a first time home buyer, so a lot of the process was foreign to me. Brad explained everything in detail and made sure there wasn't anything that I was in the dark on. He even made a few sacrifices on his end to make sure we closed.
