I really can't emphasis enough how great Chad was in the purchase of my home. I was traveling from out of state and made multiple trips to find my perfect home. Chad was careful with my investment and took the time to share details about homes that I may or may not have noticed. He is the guy who will crawl in the damp corner of a basement to check it for you! Im so happy with my house and much of that is due to his persistence!
