Nicole is amazing! A forthright and trustworthy individual, with "doing what's best for her client" foremost. Always professional, Nicole will listen and understand the Seller's needs, wants, confusion and fears. Then she walks you through the "dark and scary" times by explaining exactly what's going on, and if you really need to be concerned or not. She truly CARES about you and your situation(s) and compassionately calms you down when needed. Nicole made us feel as though we were her ONLY customer. We truly believe that Nicole went above and beyond in certain instances! If needed, we will have her again, and definitely recommend her to others! She is phenomenal!!

The place went under contract in three days. There were a total of 10 showings. Nicole kept us updated all the way. The only issue that dragged it out so long was the Buyer's Lender. Other than that, Nicole and her sources kept everything moving smoothly.
