I WAS BUYING A PROPERTY AND THE OTHER REALTOR FROM URBAN COOL HOMES (KATIE) WAS BUYING A PROPERTY FROM ONE OF JESSICAS(REIGN REAL ESTATE) AGENTS. SO EVERYTHING WAS IN A CONTINGENT MESS BECAUSE KATIE FROM URBAN COOL HOMES LIED TO EVERYONE AND INSTEAD OF JESSICA COMING CLEAN WITH ME SHE TRIED TO SCARE ME INTO LOSING MY PURCHASE BECAUSE SHE WAS DOUBLE DIPPING ON THIS DEAL! SHE TRIED TELLING ME INTEREST RATES WERE GOING TO GO UP AND SHE EVEN TRIED GUILTING ME INTO CLOSING EARLY BECAUSE "THE SELLERS PARENT WAS DYING" SHE TRIED EVERYTHING SHE COULD! SHE HELD THIS INFORMATION FROM ME FOR SEVERAL WEEKS! I HAD TO HIRE AN ATTORNEY WHICH COST ME 2000 DOLLARS SHE DIDNT EVEN SHOW UP FOR CLOSING! NEVER EVER EVER USE THIS AGENCY!
