Kay helped us twice. When we were looking around for land, she made sure we saw everything available at the time, but nothing filled all the requirements. She kept us posted on new lots, and eventually found the perfect location for us to build - it was 6 months after we had started looking, and right after it was listed!!! That is how long she kept searching for us, keeping us in mind and never forgetting what our dream was. She took us seriously, and we were grateful for that. We built and lived in our forever home for 7 years, but due to family considerations, we needed to leave PA behind and move on . Kay was called and immediately started working to help us sell our home: offering pricing and staging advice, as well as letting us know how the showings went. We were quite happy with our selling price and how smoothly the sale went. She is truly a professional, but more importantly, a wonderful person who became my friend.
