In 2018 I sold and also bought whole working with Kelly and Gary... As far as the selling process, they gave me several suggestions on how to "stage" my home (what/how to clean it or what little things needed adjusting) so that buyers could see themselves in my home. My home sold within the first month!
As far as the buying process Kelly and Gary were patient with me as we were looking for our new forever home! This was MY 1st time selling and buying in my own so it was a emotional exciting scary time and I never felt anything but support from my realty team!!!
