Ms. Valerie was an answer to prayer! We had to move from El Paso to Kerrville, with no local connections. Personally, this was an unusual transaction in that I am a fiduciary for a trust with the interests of beneficiaries to consider. Moreover, the condominium property is located in Kerrville, Texas, and I live several hours away in Corpus Christi. The condo management recommended Ms. Chambers highly. Ms. Chambers was thoroughly prepared for our initial interview with sales comparatives for other units in the same condo complex. She described the negotiating alternatives and supported one with her analysis. One of my beneficiaries, who was involved in the sales process, has management experience in a publicly traded company and is used to direct and responsive reporting. Our sales negotiations were frequent and Ms. Chambers accommodated my beneficiary's business schedule. Details of preparation of the property were important and Ms. Chambers arranged for access and vendors to carry these out. Ms. Chambers reported the bottom line at every turn in the negotiations. The final price met my expectation. I credit Ms. Chambers' thoughtful suggestions as to contract language with the fact that there were no hitches in the closing.
