I was interested in moving to the Mohawk Valley Region for work reasons and using realtor.com I found a house that was interesting to me. Through realtor.com I had agreed with a realtor to show me the property and some others in the area. That person never showed. I called Lisa's agency (listing agency) and she (who had that day off) took her morning and afternoon to show me the property, give me a fair explanation of fees surrounding the purchase of that property etc. During the day I decided that that property was not for me and she showed me the property that I fell in love with and decided to purchase. She then gave me a high-level outline on the process, which to me a neophyte was invaluable. She was always available when I had questions, whether by phone or by email, or in person for inspections. Everything in the process went off without a hitch and it only took 80 days exactly between deciding to buy a house and closing on the one that was for me. Lisa's exuberance and zeal for her work are endearing and one can never feel down when she is around.
