It's been said that buying a home can be a stressful process. However, working with Angie to buy our first home made it easy. All of our questions (and there were many LOL) were answered in a timely manner and the guidance and expertise in real estate that she shared with us along the way was truly invaluable. We were also helped to look beyond the "cuteness" of a home and think about the work and maintenance that would go along with it based on some of the foreseeable issues present during our walk-throughs. Going over the pros and cons of each property we looked at helped us to keep our excitement at bay. We're so happy with our new home and we owe Angie a huge THANK YOU for helping us to achieve it. We will definitely work with her again if the need arises in the future - and you should too!

Relocating from out of state and buying our first home at the same time was a stressful-enough experience; Angie made sure the home buying side of it went as smoothly as possible, though.
We spent the better part of a year working with Angie, trying to both get a feel for the area, as well as for what we were really looking for in a home. Angie was responsive both via calls and email, and always willing to give us insight and perspective on properties we were interested in. We made a few trips out to view properties, and Angie bent over backwards to accommodate our tight schedule on those trips; in one case where she wasn't available when we were in town, she set us up with another agent to assist in person, and was still available via phone for input and feedback.
To top all of this off, the house we wound up buying was one that we didn't even have on our lists originally, but she recommended we look at. Sure enough, we fell in love with the property, an attribute to her truly understanding her clients' needs.
Angie's great service continued throughout the offer and closing process; any issues were promptly dealt with and communicated. I'd recommend Angie to anyone looking to buy in the area.
