I have bought and sold a couple houses all with the help of this spectacular woman right here!! Jody is hands down the best agent in SE Idaho! Her wild and bright attitude makes shopping for houses more enjoyable than I couldve imagined. Add her knowledge of the current market, housing prices, and good/bad deals that are out there she truly is a super hero when it comes to navigating the nightmare that is home buying!! Even when certain deals fell through, completely because of faults on my end and nothing to do with her, she was always completely understanding and was right back at it hunting down a new place that would fit my new needs!!
