Victoria is simply AMAZING! She went above and beyond in all her marketing, she was an incredible advisor through the entire process, she was prompt and reliable, and FAR exceeded all our expectations. We couldn't have been more thrilled with her as our agent, highly recommend her to all our family and friends, and will definitely use her again next time. She is truly the best of the best.

When we were ready to list our home I decided to review local realtors and identify three to interview before choosing one to be our realtor. Two of the three realtors for the interview I found by reviewing the information on their websites. The third one I selected because she was the realtor for a nearby home that had recently been sold for a surprisingly high price. That realtor was Victoria Wriglesworth. My wife and I met with Victoria. We were both quite impressed. She is friendly, high-energy and knowledgeable on home real estate. She explained how she was able to sell that nearby home for such a high price. She staged the home, had frequent open houses and worked to focus marketing efforts on the attribute that made the home special. For the home in question that was the spectacular Mount Hood views. When prospective buyers toured that home they had every opportunity to enjoy these spectacular Hood views. Victoria explained that if we made her our listing agent she would first have her stager inspect our home and tell us what improvements were needed to make it sell faster and at a higher price. Victoria also offered to pay to stage the home. By doing this she aligned her interests with ours for getting the home sold quickly.
My wife and I agreed that Victoria should be our agent. Her stager toured our home and gave us her recommendationswe agreed with all of them. We spent a few thousand dollars on new lighting fixtures and counter tops. These upgrades were visible in the home photos, taken by the professional photographer hired by Victoria, and, of course, for all of the visitors that toured the home. Victorias stager staged the house with furniture, rugs and art work. The staging was excellent and created a positive view and feeling for the home with prospective buyers. Our home had a mother-in-law suite. Victoria determined that this was a feature that made the home special and she communicated this to potential buyers. Victoria did a market study to determine the asking price. She suggested that we be aggressive in setting this price. We agreed with her recommendations and the price that we settled on was at the upper end of the range we had hoped to obtain.
During the time the home was listed Victoria and her team had open houses nearly every weekend. She kept us apprised of the number of people that toured our home and their comments--good and bad. When we listed the home the market was softening due to both seasonal and macro factors. These soft conditions existed for the entire time it was listed. Even so Victoria was never negative on the prospects for selling it and never slowed down in her sales efforts. During the time it was listed we had one small price reduction. This was made after I proposed it. The amount of this reduction was determined by discussions with Victoria. Not long after that reduction an offer was made for the full revised asking price. Given the softness of the market we were quite pleased at this outcome.
Victorias contributions did not end after the offer was accepted. The buyer had a home inspection performed. The inspection identified a number of small issues that needed attention. Victoria helped by contacting contractors to get bids and, in some cases, oversee contractors repair work. Victoria knew contractors and was skilled at negotiating with them to minimize costs. Her efforts for this allowed us to satisfy the buyers requests prior to the targeted closing date.
In summary Victorias efforts resulted in a sale that got us a satisfactory price during a time of market softness. In addition to helping us prepare the home, she also paid to have it staged and oversaw most of the work needed to respond to the buyers requests generated by the home inspection. Victorias work for us was excellent and it exceeded our expectations in every way. I highly recommend her as a realtor.
