I can't say enough good things about Jill. She came into my life at the recommendation of a friend and helped me chose the right course of action. She showed me what properties in area had recently sold for and helped me choose the correct selling price. She encouraged me to market throughout the winter, gave me suggestions on what still needed to be done, took fine pictures. I confess that I didn't recognize my house when I first looked at the shots. It was our first ray of hope in quite some time. She listened to the type of person that we thought would want the house.
