Buying the house was easy its the selling that really shows what a realtor know and Crystal knows it! I was due to move across country and we listed in Feb. COVID-19 came and pretty stalled the whole process. I panicked and decided I wanted to rent just to assure the home was was taken care of and try again after COVID. Crystal asked I give her just a little more time. I put faith in her lets say it paid off! She negotiated it all to assure I got what was discussed in the beginning.
