When choosing a realtor team to sell your house, you hope to have a team that knows the business inside and out. We found such a team with Treasure Davis. From the first meeting we felt comfortable with Treasure. She went over three different strategies for pricing our property relevant to the time we were selling. Process timelines were provided, and the team ensured each item was completed by the scheduled date.
We ran into an issue with our roof shingles deteriorating prematurely. To say this caused us a lot of anxiety when this came up during the sellers inspection is an understatement. This is where having a great experienced realtor saved us thousands of dollars. Treasure and her team knew the history of the issue and how to handle this as a warranty claim. Treasures team arranged to have the roof replaced after closing and educated the buyers agent on the process. We want to give a special shout out to Angela Davis who was on top of this weekly making phone calls and emailing for two months after closing to ensure the issue was resolved.

We sold our home and purchased a new build, using Treasure Davis. We ran into an issue and she was on vacation and getting her staff to return calls was like pulling teeth. The VA appraisal came back at the final hour and we had less than 16 hours to move out of our home that wed lived in for 12 years. We eventually do the final walk thru on the new build with Classic Homes and tons and tons of things that were supposed to have been fixed from the prewalk thru were never done, to include the total wrong shower doors, frame, etc. I was upset but it seemed she could not have cared less. Fast forward to the closing day on the new build and we arrived early so they let us sign early without Treasure there. Treasure called and said she would stop by later that day as she had a gift for us but we never saw her again. Just weird. I have no idea on earth who would rave about her or her team. 2017

Treasure is a life-saver! My wife and I happened to stumble across a floor-plan that we fell in love with. The problem was, the builder did not have any properties that we liked that could accommodate our new house. So Treasure went to work. She was able to find an awesome property that our house could fit on and convinced the builder to build our home, despite it not being a premium floor plan. After doing all the paperwork to get the floor plan and elevation approved by the developer, she also managed to convince the builder to waive the lot fee, too! We ended up with the best lot in the development - for no additional cost. We have had three outstanding transactions with Treasure and we will never use anyone else to buy or sell our homes.
