From the first moment of working with and talking to Cathy, we knew that she would be the one that we would choose to list and sell our home. She listened to our needs and our situation and helped us achieve things that most would not want to take the time to mess with. We had another Realtor/"Friend" that sold our last home and while we had not had her list our home yet we were going to use her until we encountered Cathy and experienced what TRUE Customer Service is about. I cannot say enough positive words about her. This Broker was a Monumental in selling our home! Cathy went above and beyond what was required of her! The sale of our was a difficult sale because, our insurance company USAA was in the process of repairing our home. Our buyer was waiting for the repairs to be done and we had problems with the several contractors the General Contractor had hired to do the work. After 8 months, Cathy was still there every step of the way and we finally sold our home! Without her, I don't think we would've sold the house!
