Dave Wylde called me a few years ago as many realtors did. My husband had our house for sale by owner. Everyone was trying to get the house to list. Many not accepting what Tom wanted for the house.( we are seperated) When I spoke to Dave and told him of the obstacles I was dealing with He understood that Tom was difficult. He did not pressure me or Tom but said when he is ready let me know. Having talked with many realtors over the years (and I talked to a lot!) I knew that when Tom finally decided to sell Dave Wylde was who I was going to call. nHe was great. Our house was full of junk not to mention the whole yard. Dave of course suggested we should sell it as an As is with the junk removed. He just had a way of working with Tom not insulting him in anyway (about his junk). And when we got an offer he went back and forth and got close to what we asked for. He had a lot of faith in us that we would get the yard cleaned up. Even if he didn't he never let us know. He treated us the same respect as he would have treated someone with a million dollar home. I have and will recommend him to anyone who I know is selling a house. He is a real class act!
