Our first home had been used as a rental property and we were ready to let it go for good. We had Theresa check it out and give us her opinion on selling it as is, or fix it up before putting it on the market. We decided to take out a second mortgage on our current home to be able to hire a contractor that Theresa recommended to replace the floor joist and floors, tile the shower, paint, and do some other repairs. This decision probably allowed us to sell the house for three times the amount we would have if we did not fix it up. Theresa was always available when we had questions. She found comps and offered suggestions on ways we could get more money for our little house. She was with us through the inspections and the transactions. We would definitely use Theresa again as our realtor.

Theresa did market research and came up with a home value that turned out to be spot on as the final sale price was exactly the initial value she had determined.
What we liked was a Listing Net Sheet Theresa provided that showed us what to expect as our final sale proceeds based on different selling prices. Turned out to be accurate and covered realtor fees, closing costs, taxes to state and county, etc. Very helpful and no surprise at the end of the sale as we had with many realtors over the years.
