She met with the home inspector in person so I could check in virtually. She responded promptly and patiently to my many questions. She arranged multiple estimators for repairs in order to be in the strongest position to negotiate the sale. She got the seller to cover $6k closing costs in a sellers market! We found Amber through Zillow on our search for a new home in Provo. We were buying a house long distance and Amber was helpful with that. She even took the time to do a video walk through of the property we were interested in. When we came into town she showed us as many homes as possible in the time we had.
