My wife and I had agreed to an amount with the seller. Shawn was the sellers realtor and we were going to use him as well. Knowing we had agreed to the price with the seller, Shawn got a cash offer after our agreement and he sunk our deal. We lost a home that my wife and I loved because of this unprofessional act by Shawn.
