We would like to share the following wonderful experience we have had with Lenore! Moving to a new state is overwhelming. You have to find a new dentist, doctor, insurance, etc., let alone trying to decide on a realtor. We were unfamiliar with the entire process of buying a house, as we had lived in our old house in Wisconsin for 20 years. Lenore had found an amazing house in Arkansas for one of our family members, and they recommended her to us. At first we were doubtful when Lenore stated she could find us a house in one day; however, we decided to make a trip from Wisconsin to Arkansas, hoping Lenore would find us a house.
Sure enough! After our first day of looking at houses, the last house we looked at, indeed, was our dream home. Lenore not only kept her promise of finding us a house in one day, but we had an accepted offer the same day! Words cant explain how happy we were.
As we looked at houses, Lenore was incredibly knowledgeable in everything from electrical outlets to location. She helped us through the whole process, pointing out items of concern as we were looking through the houses that otherwise we never would have thought of or noticed. Lenore recommended a home inspector, gave us many references to the whole home buying process, helped us fill out paperwork, sent us reminders of what needed to be done, and responded VERY quickly in all interactions (at times from out of state). Lenore always had good clear answers to our questions, negotiated well, ALWAYS with our best interests at heart, and truly cared about us as individuals. Lenore was an AMAZING Real Estate agent! We first met her looking at houses that we thought were nice, but not quite what we were looking for. She gave us great tips right off the bat of what to look for and what should be included in homes, new and old. After a couple of houses, we parted ways and made a date to look at more houses later. She then contacted us soon after parting ways and asked if we had time, if we wanted to check a few more houses out, and we did. So, she searched and came up with a list of houses, and we sent her a couple we wanted to look at as well.
