It was my first time buying a property and I was recommended by a close friend to speak with Boris. This friend had purchased twice with him and both experiences were positive. I approached him knowing finding the right real estate agent is just like buying a property--a process. However, after our first initial meeting, I was set on working with him. Boris is knowledgeable, respectful, quick-to-respond/act, pleasant to work with, and understands the client; the 'shark' agent you want working for YOU!
