Working with April has been an absolute nightmare. Not only has she brushed off every concern we have brought up throughout the process of our home build but she hasn't EVER answered a question. There is always some round about, beat around the bush, unidirectional response. She is there to get a paycheck and not even do the bare minimum. I would NEVER work with her again. Effective communication is one of the first things a realtor should have and she doesn't. At all. Seriously, save yourself and go through literally anyone else.
