I met Christine about 2 years ago when my husband and I decided we wanted to relocate to Missouri from Colorado. I had asked for information about Southern Missouri on one of the Facebook Groups I belong to and Christine responded. Christine sent us information on the area and listings for a few months before we were able to come out and see the area. It then took another year before we were able to move forward with find our new home. Christine takes the time to understand what you are looking for and the time to help you find it. Our situation was a little more difficult because we had to relocate our ranch/animals but had not yet sold our land in Colorado. Christine was able to help us find the property/home that we wanted and negotiated a rental contract on it (when the sellers weren't even looking at contingent offers) until our land in Colorado sold. This ended up taking 8 months from the time we moved in to our property in Missouri until our property in Colorado sold. The market changed drastically in those 8 months with prices increasing dramatically and inventory selling quickly. Christine was able to handle the contract extensions without us having to pay any increase on the property. She was knowledgeable and helpful. She is easy to reach and able to find solutions when there seems to be none.
Since we have purchased our home we have referred Christine to several friends and family members. Most recently she helped two different family members from Arizona purchase homes here (almost entirely remote). From doing virtual walk throughs, to helping save the deal when it was threatening to fall apart on the week of closing.
