I honestly expected the buying process to be long and frustrating and that we'd go through a couple of realtors in the process, because I really havent liked most realtors that I've met. Joe was the first realtor we met and the ONLY realtor we worked with! Our first meeting was at one of his open houses where he spent a couple of minutes getting our story and said 'this isn't the house for you.' Over the next month he showed us ALOT of houses, probably into the 20s. He was always patient and truly listened to what we wanted in a home that would fit our lifestyle. What a great guy! Always sent weekly updates while the house was on the market. Made extra effort to have open houses to get the property to move. Made marketing recommendations that made sense and NEVER lost hope that the property would sell. I have heard that some realtors will just ignore the property if it doesn't sell after a few weeks but that doesn't describe Joe. Always on top of the situation. Managed last minute property repairs and revisions from pre-sale inspections.
His efforts were so helpful to me as I now live in Missouri - about a 10 hour drive - from the property. I could not have achieved a successful sale without his help and I will always be thankful to Joe for all he has done for me. 2019
